Conservazione e ricostruzione sostenibile dei centri storici: definizione di nuove metodologie di intervento attraverso l'integrazione di modelli 3D complessi e Sistemi Informativi Architettonici

The paper illustrates an experiment carried out with the use of 3D GIS project aimed at checking the planning results in critical situations, such the reintegration of architectural and urban lacunas in some historical centers of the Abruzzo mountains. This research was developed as a result of issues raised during the drafting of the Reconstruction Plans of this villages, such regulatory tools needed for the reconstruction of area affected by the 2009 L'Aquila earthquake
