The AgriBit project - Transfer of biotechnological innovations to the Apulian agri-food system - had the objective of identifying innovative actions to support the small and middle enterprises who act in the agri-food system in Apulia region. The project was focused particularly on the olive oil sector with the aim of conferring competitive advantages to Apulian olive oil productions.
