Anti-{2,7-dimethyl-as-indacene-diide-[M(COD)](2)} complexes (M=Rh(I), Ir(I)). Molecular conformations assisted by C-H - arene intramolecular pi-hydrogen bonds

In the homobimetallic complexes anti-{2,7-dimethyl-as-indacene-diide-[M(COD)](2)}(M = Rh, Lr),a quite unusual COD group orientation may be induced by the presence of pi-hydrogen bonds between olefinic protons of COD and the pi-electron cloud of the six-membered ring of the bridging ligand.
