Aging
is often associated with progressive loss of multiple systems functionality, including
physiological sleep patterns, olfactory capacity, motor control, bone and muscle strength. The
principal aim of INTECMAN project was the evaluation of suggested lifestyle changes in elderly
subjects affected by Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Based on some literature indications about
life quality improvement, a complex indication on daily physical activity and diet together with
sleep hygiene has been personalized in order to asses possible n euro cognitive modifications in a
pilot study. By using a multi parametric approach, health condition monitoring of MCI patients has
been performed.
