Optimising an Observing System, the SIOS way

The Svalbard Integrated Arctic Earth Observing System (SIOS) is an international, multidomain and regionally distributed research infrastructure in and around Svalbard. SIOS is focusing on providing long term-core data describing the key processes to improve the understanding of the Earth System in European Arctic. Optimise the SIOS observing system implies to make sure that information about environmental change at Svalbard is available for "one system and many uses"
