Abstract:
The passively phase-stabilized idler of an IR optical parametric amplifier is spectrally broadened and seeds a blue-pumped non-collinear optical parametric amplifier. Few-optical cycle phase-stable pulses with broad tunability in the visible are generated. (C) 2007 Optical Society of America
