The University of Padua's event "Science for All" communicates science in a simple and entertaining way, blending the formats of Venetonight and KidsUniversity to offer a rich program of activities for the dissemination of research activities, including games, quizzes, workshops, and scientific demonstrations accessible to everyone. In particular, at the booth titled "From Amino Acids to Proteins: the Middle Earth," we presented the chemistry of peptides, their physiological activities, and their applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries, both through a PowerPoint presentation and with models available for attendees to build together and understand protein folding, which is essential for their function.
