Abstract:
Oleuropein content in organic olive oils produced in Sardinia, Italy from drupes of olives cv. Bosana harvested on 23 November 2000 (sample A) and 16 January 2001 (sample B) was determined by electrospray mass spectrometry and isotope dilution. Oleuropein content of sample A was 175±4 µg/kg and of sample B was 181±9 µg/kg.
