Funzioni e caratteristiche dall'autobiografia degli sportivi

The essay is a selected corpus of about twenty autobiographies of sportsmen and women. While respecting in principle the canons of the genre, the authors' evocation of their own existence does not lead to highlight cause and effect relationship between the events they have experienced and the development of their personality. Instead, it builds a self-image that drives the reader's judgement. Through writing, the author occupies a symbolic space and becomes a printing mark on the world.
