Overcoming the Trade-off Between Magnification and FoV by Optofluidic Digital Holography Microscopy

Abstract:
We present a novel recording and reconstruction strategy that allows to obtain label free coherent microscopy of samples flowing in microfluidic channels. Flexible refocusing, custom Field-ofView and magnification are demonstrated.
