Peculiarities and criticality of emissions from off-shore hydrocarbon cultivation platforms

The focus of this work is highlight some critical issues that, in the context of the assessment processes for the release of the environmental authorizations, necessary for the operation of off-shore platforms for the research and cultivation of hydrocarbons, may give rise to different regulations of similar activities, without prejudice to the due distinctions related to the peculiarities and positions of each of them. The article will also provide some indications for the overcoming of these critical issues.
