Analysing the evolution of a digital organization eco-systems(DOES)

Social Interaction of the actors of a DOES influences the system' evolution. Starting from this consideration, this paper analyses the evolution of an Italian Research Organization as a Digital Organization Eco-System. The evolution is analysed on considering the impact that the use of advanced ICT have on the creation, development and management of internal and external interactions and relations of the organizsation.
