La sifilide ereditaria: un problema sociale, pediatrico e dermato-patologico dal Cinquecento alla prima metà del Novecento

In the last years of XIX century, and also during first years of XX century, syphilis has considered the representation of the man's "degeneration" by all the intellectuals; a "degeneration" which spread in the families, in their children. These children are real unfortunate innocent persons, and have called "heredo"; they are carriers of all symptomatic signs by syphilis, a real inheritance for them.
