Abstract:
Micro-pellets of ZnO with a diameter of 5-10 ?m and extremely smooth edges have been printed using laser-induced forward transfer from 1 ?m thick films, that had been prepatterned using focussed ion beam (FIB) machining. © OSA/ CLEO 2011.
