Factors affecting the creation of academic spin-offs

The main objective of this study is to identify the factors affecting the creation of academic spin-offs in Italy. By literature review the author identifyes and explains the main factors that can probably affect academic spin-offs creation, assembling in three groups. Finally, he formulates several research hypotheses to test if and how the single factor selected affect the academic spin-off creation by universities.
