A distributed form management system with global query facilities

A set of global query operatians has been added to a form management system which runs on a local mini/micro network. This system has been designed as a prototype distributed database system with special characteristics for applications in office environment. The form system provides a private database for each station in the network. Tuples in the database correspond to instances of forms. A station may insert, retrieve, and update forms from its database and send or receive forms. The global query operations allow priveleged stations to query the databases of other stations.
