Abstract:

This article introduces the special issue of Quaderni IRCrES devoted to the evaluation of incentives for safety investments. It presents the institutional partnership with the Italian Senate of the Republic that gave origin to the experience, discusses the objectives of the special issue and presents the structure of the paper.
