Dynamic User Understanding and Interaction in Cultural Heritage Domain

We describe a module of a larger multimodal interactive environment that exploits a cognitive framework named VESSEL (Valuable Environment for Social Supporting and Empathetic Linking) in the cultural heritage domain. The module makes use of a conversational agent based on the RASA framework and a Compact Prediction Tree to learn points that can catch the user's attention during the visit according to her or his age and educational level.
