Validation, verification and integrty issues in expert and database systems

This paper reports on the results of the International Workshop on Validation, verification and integrty issues of expert and database systems, held in Vienna in conjunction with the 9.th Conference on Database and Expert Systems Application (DEXA '98), summarising the issues identified for future research in this area.
