Abstract:
Il contributo introduce la sezione dei convtributi dedicati all'Oriente, nel volume "Transformations and Crisis in the Mediterranean. "Identity" and Interculturality in the Levant and Phoenician West during the 5th-2nd centuries BCE". Vengono qui analizzati soprattutto i temi del contatto culturale e della cultura materiale come indicatore di contatti e come "soggetto" (anziché mero oggetto) nelle relazioni culturali.
