Spin trapping of radicals centred at elements of Groups III to VII with 3,3,5,5-tetramethylpyrroline N-oxide

The renewed interest in the spin trapping technique prompted us to report the results of an ESR investigation on the ability of 3,3,5,5-tetramethylpyrroline N-oxide (M4PO) to behave as a scavenger toward radicals centred at atoms other than carbon.
