WE ARE ALL DISABLED!

This is not a technical proposition. This is a very humble web user's testimony from so­called enabled and disabled people: any human being is disabled when it comes to accessing digital information, as it requires a device ­ that is a computer ­ to be reasonably understandable, perceivable, operable and robust, unless one wants to print the binary code of a movie, such as La Jetée by Chris Marker as the artist David Guez recently did for his art exhibition at Centre Pompidou.
