Organic Memristor Based on the Composite Materials: Conducting and Ionic Polymers, Gold Nanoparticles and Graphenes

Gold nanoparticles - polyaniline, graphene sheets - polyaniline composite materials were fabricated and their structure and electrical properties were analyzed.
