Estimation of nitrogen releasing in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) farming: proposal of a dynamic model.

Estimation of nitrogen waste from trout farms: proposal of dynamic model. A dynamic model of ammonia release in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) rearing. The results of two experimental trials were utilized to validate the model. Data analyses show that the model is reliable for the body weight, ammonia release estimation. This dynamic model could be useful for the farmers in order to maintain of a sustainable development of trout farming.
