Data for: 3D imaging of bean seeds: correlations between hilum region structures and hydration kinetics

Research dataset consisting of 3D images of whole bean seeds and hilum regions of four landraces of beans. Any 3D image consists of a stack of 2D images of horizontal sections of the bean sample or of the hilulm.
