Caselex - Case Law Exchange: An Unprecedent Service for the Dissemination of National Case Law Applying EU Law

The paper summaries goals, activities carried out and final results achieved by the Caselex project within the framework aiming at disseminating and exploiting the public sector information (PSI) throughout Europe. The Caselex Consortium received EU funds specifically for making EU countries national case law directed linked with the implementation of EU legislation available to the legal community at large. Methodology followed by Caselex for realizing a European service able to guarantee access and conversion of the comprehensive base of case law into easy obtainable and usable knowledge is herewith briefly described.
