Capillary electrophoresis of proteins in bare fused-silica capillaries

This paper points out some means for expanding the versatility of capillary electrophoresis for the selective and efficient separation of proteins in bare fused-silica capillaries, using suitable additives to prevent protein-capillary wall interactions and to modulate the analyte mobility by controlling direction and magnitude of the electroosmotic flow.
