Jambition

Jambition is a prototype tool to automatically test the functionality of stateful Web Services based on Service State Machine (SSM) specifications. SSMs are similar to UML state machines, but tailored to the domain of Web Services. They have a precise semantics and are especially suited to perform Model-Based Testing. SSMs specify a single port type. The Web Service to be tested is assumed to be passive, meaning that only request-response and one-way operations are defined in the corresponding WSDL. Jambition supports a subset of the XML-Schema data types.
