Abstract:
The book presents some results of the MOTILL project. In particular it focuses on the use of mobile technologies as a key factor to develop flexible LLL frameworks for education and training. Moreover, some good practices were introduced to provided policy makers with evidence on the use of the mobile technologies to improve LLL, for example to help them in: setting out strategic priorities that contribute to meeting existing and future targets for adult learning, vocational training, and higher education; and to support the development of next-generation mobile networks and the reform of European telecommunication sector.as long-term, the MOTILL aims to involve policy makers that should sustain the strategic plans and learning activities based on the results of the project, and promote an increase in the rate of people involved in training programs.
