Gli strumenti di informazione sociale e i processi istituzionali di governance territoriale del settore socio-assistenziale

The report focuses on the social information system as a tool for local governancemanagement, starting also from the experience of territorial systems analyzed on the basis of available documentation. The research results have revealed how the design of an information system -first- supports the operations of the basic unit of welfare (i.e. services and social structures), and -second- aid to govern the welfare system at local level.
