Abstract:
Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy is a new and powerful diagnostic technique for atomic and ionic pollutants detection. In situ and laboratory tests show the high sensitivity of this technique for metallic pollution detection in atmosphere, industrial exhausts and soil.
