Osservazioni sulla distribuzione degli enzimi digestivi in differenti specie di Sparidi.

The nature and distribution of digestive enzymes in three fish species of the genus Pagellus (Pisces, Sparidae) have been investigated in order to optimize nutritional protocols.From data obtained, P. acarne and P.erythrinus seem to be the most suitable species able to grow on a dry diet, whilst P. bogaraveo shows a low digestive capability.
