Structure of silver to silica joints by glancing angle X-ray diffraction

The structure of vitreous silica-liquid silver joints has been examined as a function of the oxygen partial pressure in the working atmosphere by standard X-Ray diffraction and Glancing Angle X-Ray Diffraction technique.
