Notes from an International Perspective on the Role of Juridical Doctrine in Promoting the Rule of Law, and Institution Building

The analysis proposed concerns the importance of juridical doctrine in the interpretation, governance and orientation of political - institutional systems, in particular those in profound, sometimes radical, transformation. It does not seem that legal scholars have paid (sufficient) theoretical attention to this type of problem.
