Principi e caratteristiche dell'approccio compensativo

This paper points out the requirements of the environmental compensation, which has to be homologous, equivalent to the negative impacts caused by the project to compensate, long-lasting, additional, univocal, intentional, able to avoid leakage, and if possible adjacent to the project site. The compensation should be oriented towards high priority measures, which should be identified in advance at a regional scale.
