Sistemi agroforestali, per un'agricoltura più sostenibile e moderna

Agroforestry systems for a more sustainable and modern agriculture. Over the last few years, the agriculture and forestry sectors have faced a new and stimulating challenge: the chance of agri-silviculture, that is the creation and spread of a kind of cultivation system that allows the coexistence of wood plantations and annual crop cultivations. In 2012, to meet the technical, scientific and legislative needs that this kind of concept requests, the European Agroforestry Federation was born. The article presents the agroforestry system and the role of this Association, also in regard of an important event that is going to take place in Italy (Florence) between July and August.
