This paper concerns the aquatic beetles from the Tuscan Archipelago. The list includes 153 taxa (species and subspecies): 4 Gyrinidae, 6 Haliplidae, 2 Noteridae, 1 Hygrobiidae, 51 Dytiscidae, 12 Helophoridae, 3 Hydrochidae, 26 Hydrophilidae, 32 Hydraenidae, 5 Scirtidae, 7 Elmidae, 3 Dryopidae and 1 Heteroceridae.The family Heteroceridae is recorded for the first time from the Tuscan Archipelago; 4 taxa (species and subspecies) are new for Tuscany, 16 for the Tuscan Archipelago, 4 for Gorgona Island, 5 for Capraia Island, 24 for Elba Island, 2 for Pianosa Island, 5 for Giglio Island, 3 for Montecristo Island.
