Cognizione sociale per la governance delle istituzioni. Uno strumento di indagine

The work concerns a fundamental aspect of social evaluation, i.e. the reputation of super-individual entities. The background intuition is that such a level of reputation contributes to virtuous processes of selection and control of the entity itself from among its members at different hierarchical levels. A case study will be referred to, i.e. the process of re-designing a given structure of the Public Administration. In such a case, a new organizational model needs to be adopted in order to introduce new institutional measures. Some theoretical and methodological instruments, designed to favor, monitor and guide evaluation and self-evaluation processes from public and private organizational structures, will be presented and discussed.
