Micromachined Coplanar Millimeter Wave Band-Pass Filters

In this paper theoretical, technological and experimental results on a millimeter wave micromachined band-pass filter are presented. The design is based on the image parameters representation of two-port networks, and the device has been realized on a trilayer dielectric membrane. A good agreement between numerical and experimental data has been obtained.
