Time dependent sperm motion in bulls evaluated by computerized semen analyzer

Motility was evaluated using a CellSoft Automated Analyser. Percentage motility immediately after collection and 30 and 60 min later averaged 38.76, 29.83 and 27.90 respectively. Progressive motility was higher immediately after collection than at the 2 later times, between which there was no significant difference.
