Abstract:
The 11th International Conference on Electromagnetic Wave Interaction with Water and
Moist Substances continues the tradition of the ISEMA society, which since 1993 regularly
promotes a meeting among scientists and engineers from universities, research centers and
industry with the purpose of exchanging ideas about the electromagnetic properties of moist
materials and the related technological applications.
