Aranea and the medical-scientific Romance lexicography|Aranea e la lessicografia medico-scientifica romanza

Thanks to the use of several dictionaries in latin and romance languages, to the consultation of OVI corpora (http://www.vocabolario.org/) and, to the analysis of new contexts, we can establish the meaning and the grammatical category of aranea, one of the seven membranes of the eye (according to medieval medical knowledge), offering also a new entry for the Tesoro delta Lingua Italiana delle Origini (TLIO, http://tlio.ovi.cnr.it/TLIO/).
