13th ISTVS European Conference Proceedings

Proceedings 13^ Conferenza triennale europea dell'International Society for Terrain-Vehicle Systems. The organizers received more than 100 contributions, from 20 different countries. Reviewed papers are collected in this book, together with abstracts which did not result in a full paper, but considered worth mentioning as a reference to readers. All technologies adopted in the complex interaction between vehicles and terrain are dealt with in the contributions, and represent the different topics of the Conference. The reader will find papers dealing with extremely interdisciplinary approaches, spanning from pure mechanical to electronics, from simulation to field testing, highlighting how terramechanics is a discipline which involves much more than soil, yet having a major focus on it.
