Legislation -- International Terrorism

The article is a comment to Law No 43/2015 which strengthened the Italian criminal framework to combat international terrorism in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution No. 2178 of 24 September 2014 that requested to all Member States to ensure that 'any person who participates in the financing, planning, preparation or perpetration of terrorist acts or in supporting terrorist acts is brought to justice'.
