ICP plasma jet characterization by space-resolved TALIF O atoms measurements

In this contribution we present the design of a plasma jet to be used for experiments on the interaction of a supersonic O atoms stream with a target surface. The supersonic O atom stream is characterized by 2D space resolved TALIF in O-2, N-2-O-2 air-like mixture and in CO2 gas feed.
