Fluidized bed combustion of high-volatile solid fuels

Bubbling fluidized bed combustion of high volatile solid fuels is analyzed with specific concern for the following aspects: a) assessment of the time-temperature history of char particles during fluidized bed combustion; b) assessment of the influence of mixing/segregation of volatile matter on axial burning profiles.
