Memoryless solution to the infinite horizon optimal control of LTI systems with delayed input

Abstract:
We provide the solution, as a memoryless state feedback, to the infinite horizon optimal control problem of linear timeinvariant systems with arbitrary constant and known timedelay in the input channel.
