Effect of perfluoro compounds on kinetics of the oxygen and ozone formation at the platinum anode

The effect of perfluoroalkylsulfonic acids and their salts on chemisorption of various oxygen forms and the current efficiency for ozone are studied at a platinum electrode. These compounds are shown to increase the current efficiency for ozone and affect the ratio of the chemisorbed oxygen forms.
