Abstract:
The aim of this work is to provide a general overview of the European data protection legislation which has been implemented in Italy and, subsequently, to give an in-depth focus on the impact in the Italian legal system of the new Regulation 679/2016/EU , which aims at building a common European legal framework on personal data protection.
