Cambiamenti indotti sulla comunità bentonica di fondo mobile da una piattaforma estrattiva off-shore (Adriatico settentrionale)

The potential environmental impact produced by an off-shore gas platform (North Adriatic Sea) on the surrounding sand-muddy benthic community was investigated for three years. Initially, a few differences were evidenced between the community living close to the platform and those inhabiting the surrounding seabed. These differences seemed to be noticeably reduced in the third monitoring year.
